If you buy ebooks at GooglePlay and live in US, Canada or Australia, you’ll likely see some better pricing on my ebooks soon. GP has changed their publisher agreement for these territories: they used to discount the list price worldwide, so publishers had to set the list price higher to ensure that the displayed retail price matched the Amazon price. (Amazon’s agreement stipulates that their displayed price must be the lowest.) GP’s new agreement eliminates that discounting in those three territories, although both GP and Amazon retain the right to match lower prices elsewhere. I’m cautiously optimistic about this change.
I’ve been updating my book files at Google with Google-specific editions – that means the links to other books go to the book’s respective product page at Google, instead of to the landing page on my website. I’ve been updating the prices as I go. The new terms stipulate a price range for books in these territories to be available for the new terms (99cents to $9.99 US) and I’m finding that the conversion to $CA and $AU puts my boxed sets outside the parameters. So, they’re keeping the old prices in all markets except US.
Depending how this shakes out, it might be possible to do pre-orders at GooglePlay in future. We’ll see.
Right now, most of Claire’s books have been updated. I should finish them and Deborah’s books this week, then will update Secret Heart Ink, as well as my paranormal romances and time travels, as those books come out of Kindle Unlimited in September and go into wide distribution again.
How curious. Deborah has an author page at GooglePlay, but Claire doesn’t. But most of Flatiron Five is missing from Deborah’s page. I’ll send support a message and try to get this sorted out – if you click on Simply Irresistible, GP will show the rest of the series in the sidebar.

I’m making steady progress on getting my books listed for sale on GooglePlay again. (Yay!) As of this past weekend, all six Dragons of Incendium books are available there.
We’re working on getting the series information right for all of my various series and book product pages, as well as getting all of the books onto my profile page, but we’re getting there.
You can find Wyvern’s Mate on GooglePlay right here.
My author page—which includes both Claire Delacroix and Deborah Cooke books (but not all of them just yet)—is right here.
I’ve been uploading to GooglePlay using Pronoun, and working by series. Right now, the following series have been uploaded and published:
The Jewels of Kinfairlie—here’s The Beauty Bride on GP.
The True Love Brides—here’s The Renegade’s Heart on GP.
The Champions of St. Euphemia—here’s The Crusader’s Bride on GP.
The Coxwells–here’s Third Time Lucky on GP.
The Prometheus Project —here’s Fallen on GP.
And some onesies 🙂 including Simply Irresistible, Something Wicked This Way Comes, and Highland Heroes.
The GP links have been updated on my websites, and when I catch my breath, I’ll add some more books.
Last fall, I removed my books from GooglePlay because I had issues with pricing. I heard from a few of you that you wanted the books to be available there, so I’ve been seeking a solution.
This past week, I’ve taken advantage of another option. I’m using an aggregator called Pronoun to deliver my titles to GooglePlay. I’ve only uploaded about half of my booklist, and most of those are still in the process of being listed on GP, but they’re on their way. I’ll get the rest uploaded this week. I’ll have to update the links here on the site when the books go live on GP.
As of this morning, The True Love Brides Boxed Set, The Crusader’s Vow, and Simply Irresistible are now available on GooglePlay. We’ll see when the books that were at GP before appear whether the reviews are carried between editions.
The other good thing is that Pronoun’s royalty rate is better for books priced over $9.99US than several portals offer to publishers who upload directly. As a result, my more expensive boxed sets will now be available at all portals, instead of just at iBooks and Kobo. The True Love Brides Boxed Set was just published to Amazon this morning, for example. Here’s the new link.
The author pages at Pronoun look pretty cool. I like that they allow books in a series to be displayed together and in order. They also provide the links at all portals, even the ones that they aren’t distributing the books to.
You can also see how far I’ve gotten with my uploading.

As of today, my books are available at GooglePlay. This is a job I’ve been meaning to do but has been in my job jar for at least a year. I just wasn’t getting to it, so this past week, the amazing Amy Atwell leapt in for me and took care of it all.
You can find my Delacroix books on GooglePlay right here.
You can find my Cooke books on GooglePlay right here.
My next job is to populate my website here with GooglePlay buy links, but I’ll get there.
