Reading Order for the Champions

My adding The Crusader’s Handfast to the Champions of Saint Euphemia series might lead you to wonder about the order in which you should read the books. I thought we’d talk about that today because you have two choices.

First, you can read the books in their entirety, in the order of publication.

The Crusader's Bride, a medieval romance by Claire Delacroix The Crusader's Heart by Claire Delacroix, a medieval romance and #2 in the Champions of Saint Euphemia series. The Crusader's Kiss, #3 in the Champions of St Euphemia series of medieval romances by Claire Delacroix ClaireDelacroix_TheCrusadersVow200 The Crusader's Handfast, #5 in the Champions of Saint Euphemia series of medieval romances by Claire Delacroix

The timeline of The Crusader’s Handfast, though, crosses over that of the series. It starts at the end of The Crusader’s Bride and ends after The Crusader’s Vow. So your other option is to read the books interspersed with the installments of The Crusader’s Handfast. This is pretty much in the order of publication, and will ensure that Duncan and Radegunde don’t provide any spoilers for the books:

The Crusader's Bride, a medieval romance by Claire Delacroix The Crusader's Handfast, Part 1, a serialized medieval romance by Claire Delacroix The Crusader's Heart by Claire Delacroix, a medieval romance and #2 in the Champions of Saint Euphemia series. ClaireDelacroix_TheCrusadersHandfast_Part2200 ClaireDelacroix_TheCrusadersHandfast_Part3200 The Crusader's Kiss, #3 in the Champions of St Euphemia series of medieval romances by Claire Delacroix ClaireDelacroix_TheCrusadersHandfast_Part4200 ClaireDelacroix_TheCrusadersHandfast_Part5200 ClaireDelacroix_TheCrusadersVow200 ClaireDelacroix_TheCrusadersHandfast_Part6200
