There is a small glitch this morning.

If you ordered The Crusader’s Vow at iBooks, your pre-order won’t have been delivered yet. The book, in fact, disappeared from the iBooks store this morning. This is because I uploaded the final file with less than ten days for the final review – on the 17th instead of on the 13th. Since it hasn’t been reviewed and approved yet, at midnight GMT, The Crusader’s Vow disappeared from the store.

It’ll be back, and those pre-orders will be delivered, once the book review is complete. I’ve talked to iBooks and they’re trying to hurry the process along.
