The Beauty brings me back some memories. I read this book when I was in high school and I still haven’t forgotten the character Jacqueline de Crevy and Angus MacGillivray. I still remember the cooking the rabbit scene with Jacqueline and Angus. This will be a spoil-alert for new readers. This is a scene where Jacqueline realized that just cooking the rabbit reminds Angus of losing his eye in the Crusades. I’m going to have to read this book again just to relive the adventure.
