August Audio

There’s something about August that makes me want to crash out – preferably in a hammock or a cushy chair on the porch – and read. I want to be lazy. And really, why turn the pages? Listen to an audiobook instead!

That’s why I’m having a promotion this month. Every Saturday, I’ll list an audiobook of mine. At the end of the week, I’ll give away 7 copies of it – one for each day of the week. So long as we’re still in August, I’ll list another audiobook on Saturday, give away 7 copies at the end of the week, etc. etc.

If you haven’t listened to an audiobook before, here’s a chance to try one out for free!

You can only win once in this contest, so if you want to peek at my audiobooks and decide which week to enter, you can see them all AND listen to audio samples right here. The Rogue by Claire Delacroix audio editionThis week’s audiobook is The Rogue. I love this book to pieces and I love the narration of the audiobook, too. All you have to do is comment on this post for your chance to win.

I’ll choose the 7 winners next weekend, and post a new August Audio contest on Saturday.

There are some other authors joining in, so look for the #augustaudio tag on Twitter. I’ll try to retweet as many as I can. Good luck!

Edited to add – we have winners!

  2. I love your ideas of just relaxing and reading or listening to an audio book in August. I recently received your audio book of Mortal Bite and truly enjoyed it. It was my first audio book. I was like a kid after I figured out how to listen to it on my Kindle. (yes, I am tech challenged!lol) I love all of your books that I’ve read so far and The Rogue is on my list next.(can’t resist that cover!) Soooo, what could be better than winning it and listening to it while relaxing on the patio with a tall glass of iced tea and shutting out the world for a little while. Thanks for the chance to enter!

  7. I love audiobooks. We always listen to them in the car. I listen to them when I use the treadmill or sometimes, if it is a book I can’t put down, in the shower.
