It took me so long to get this link up for Stephanie’s review of FALLEN, that she read and reviewed GUARDIAN already!
What’s interesting about Steph’s reviews is that she’s the first reviewer (I’ve seen) to comment on the fact that these books are less focussed on the romance than is typical of paranormal romance. They are more urban fantasy in tone, and they’re meant to be – although there is a romance in each one. Here are the links to her reviews:

I finished my review for Rebel yesterday and will be putting it up soon 🙂
This was one of those series wasn’t what I thought it would be. Not in a bad way of course but like I said in my review, the romance is dialed down. I thought it was a good thing because I could actually focus on the story and world building without worrying about the main characters stopping to get intimate at an inappropriate time.

Steph, you are a dangerous reading machine.
I didn’t intend for the romance to be so front and centre in this series. I wanted to play with a different balance, and focus more on the action than the romance. It was a lot of fun to write these books and a real challenge. I learned a lot from them and I really like them – maybe because they are different.
