“WINTER KISS is Delaney’s story in the Dragonfire series. And even though I’ve never read the previous novels, the author is very good about explaining who the Pyr and Slayers are, as well as the evil Magnus and his followers. Ginger is a terrific heroine —- brave and loving. Delaney has a lot to overcome after having been tortured by Magnus; he truly doesn’t feel he has anything to live for. The supporting characters are excellent, and a big part of this story. There’s lots of humor, too, which really lightens an otherwise dark tale.
WINTER KISS is a terrific novel, and I can’t wait for Niall’s story! But I recommend reading the previous books in this series in order to get to know all of the Pyr.”
