Well, I booked it. I’m going to the Romance Writers of America’s annual national conference next July. It’ll be in San Francisco this year.
I’ll be signing KISS OF FIRE at the Literacy signing, as well as at the Penguin Putnam book promotion. I won’t be teaching a workshop. I won’t have copies of KISS OF FURY for either booksigning – it goes on sale one week after the conference, so you’ll just have to wait to get your copy of Donovan’s story in the bookstore. That’s just how the timing shakes out sometimes.
When I think about how much writing I want to get done before going to conference – Phew! I think I’m going to need one of those frilly drinks with an umbrella in it, whether I get it all done or not!

I’m going too, as is the DD. And . . . there are some very nice yarn shops in SF that she knows about. Just saying . . .

Dangerous temptation, Gina. You do know that knitting wool is the very best souvenir, don’t you?
We’ll have to have a knit-in sometime at conf.

I like that idea. Knit-in, eh?
I still have to book a flight, but otherwise, I’m in for Nationals too.

I’m a friend of Diana’s and she sent me a link to your books… oh, boy, I read the excerpt and I’m going to love them! Diana was thrilled that you mentioned her, and she’s one of my favorite people, so thanks! Ysabeau/Leora
