Well, this is exciting news. I’ve been invited to be the keynote speaker for this year’s Emerald City Conference in Seattle, October 9 – 11. I’ll be teaching two workshops, as well, and signing at the booksigning.
I’m really looking forward to this as I haven’t been out to the Pacific Northwest in a while. (Changing planes at SeaTac doesn’t count.) So, here’s hoping I’ll meet up with some of you out there!

I’ve been publishing my stories since 1992 and have written as Claire Delacroix (historical and fantasy romance), Claire Cross (time travel romance and romantic comedy) and myself (paranormal romance and contemporary romance). Aw, wish I could make it! I love this conference, but it’s just not the right year. They will take wonderful care of you and you will have a great, great time!!

And Pam, OF COURSE there are yarn shops! Stands to reason with those damp days – besides, I looked. There are about a zillion of them, so there must be one relatively close.
