Dragons & Angels Heading to Kindle Unlimited

The Dragonfire Novels, a dragon shifter romance series by Deborah Cooke

I’m going to be moving the Dragonfire Novels and the Prometheus Project into KDP Select, which means you’ll be able to read them free in Kindle Unlimited.

I’m also moving the Dragons of Incendium into KU.

DragonFate will remain in wide distribution, available at all portals. An Elegy for Melusine and Coven of Mercy will also remain available at all portals, since they’re linked to DragonFate.

The backlist books should be enrolled in early May. (It takes a few weeks for the ebooks to be taken down from all the portals.) I’ll let you know when they’re in!

The Prometheus Project

Phew! They’re all done, AND the new boxed set, too.

There are new editions uploaded of my Prometheus Project of urban fantasy romances. You’ll know you have the current edition because it’ll be a Deborah Cooke book (instead of a Claire Delacroix book) and it’ll have the new cover.

Also, Fallen, book #1 of that series, is discounted to 99 cents right now.

Go South

Take a look over on the sidebar and you’ll see the link for Coastal Magic 2015. This reader conference will be in February in Daytona Beach Florida, which is not a bad place to be in February (even if it rains that weekend, as it did this year. You don’t have to shovel rain.) The conference focuses on paranormal romance and urban fantasy, and it’s a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the chance to chat with fans. It’s not a huge conference (like RT or RWA) which makes it more casual. I’ll be a featured author again at the conference next February and would love to see some of you there.

The list of attending authors will be posted in June, and registration opens July 1. Have a think about coming south next winter and being part of the fun.

Bitten by Books Review of Guardian

Guardian, book #2 of the Prometheus Project of urban fantasy romances by Claire Delacroix

Today, I’m continuing to share Carol Malcolm’s wonderful reviews of my Prometheus Project series of urban fantasy romances. Here are her concluding comments in her review of Guardian:

“No mean feat, the author ably sustains the suspense of the characters on the run in a cat-and-mouse game for the duration of the novel, resulting in a page-turning reading experience with thrills and surprises. Delacroix creates a stark, horrifying, and heartbreaking world visited by brief moments of beauty when the angels come to call. The introduction of the wraiths, the shadowy former citizens who will do any job for a price, adds an eerie quality to the narrative. The mixture of futuristic science fiction and angel lore works due to the strong characterizations of both Delilah and Rafe as the threads binding the two aspects together. Though a bit more of a paranormal romance than its predecessor, this book should also please urban fantasy fans. This reviewer looks forward to the next installment in the series.”
