I have new bookmarks available for my upcoming contemporary romance series, Flatiron Five. They have the first three covers for Ella Ardent’s series, Tales from Euphoria, on the reverse side. (You can read more about our collaboration tomorrow.)
If you’d like some of the bookmarks, you can email me to request them. Please include your mailing address in your message. Or you can post a comment here on the blog – DON’T include your mailing address – and I’ll email you for your information.

Here’s the cover for my upcoming contemporary romance, Simply Irresistible, which will be available in June. It’s first in a series called Flatiron Five, which has five planned titles. The series is about five good friends, who have built a successful gym together in – you guessed it – the Flatiron district of New York City. Tyler, the hero of book #1, is the money guy. He also has four younger sisters – his claim to fame is that he knows Mr. Darcy’s lines from Pride & Prejudice better than Colin Firth – and the last one of them is getting married. Confronted with the possibility of dozens of relatives matchmaking for him, Ty has a solution. He thinks it will be simple. He thinks it can’t fail. That’s pretty much because he hasn’t talked to Amy yet – once he does, things rapidly become both complicated and fascinating.
Right now, Tyler and Amy’s book is an exclusive pre-order at iBooks.
You can read more about it, including an excerpt, right here. The same excerpt is also included in the 2016 Sampler, which you can download free in EPUB or MOBI.
And, I have some pretty new bookmarks, which show the first three covers in the series. They’re yours for the asking – just comment on this post and say that you want some and I’ll email you to get your mailing address.
What’s that on the other side of the bookmark? Tune in tomorrow to hear more about an interesting twist with this series…
The authors at Red Door Reads is hosting a holiday giveaway this year.
You and a friend could receive a box of goodies from Red Door Reads authors, just for subscribing to the RDR newsletter. Find out more on the RDR website. Good luck!
My super VA, the amazing Angie, has created a pre-order form for Bookapalooza, the booksigning that I’ll be attending in Whitby, Ontario on November 21.
There are some show specials, and if you order ahead of time, your books will be ready for you in one of my new totebags.
The form is right here.
I showed you my new bookmarks for the Champions of Saint Euphemia series a few weeks back, but I forgot to ask who wanted some. 🙂
A few of you spoke up, but I thought it would be a good idea to ask again. Just comment on the post if you’re interested. I’ll send you an email to get your mailing info, so don’t post it here for the whole world to see. 🙂
My new bookmarks arrived this week! These are for the Champions of Saint Euphemia series, and look like this:
I’m also going to dress some of them up for booksignings, so they’ll look like this:

On Friday, I showed you my new dragon swag, and promised to give away those three necklaces. Let’s have a drumroll before announcing the winners….
Congratulations to the winners and thanks to everyone who entered! I’m glad to hear that you all like these new necklaces as much as I do! 🙂
Every once in a while, my inner dragon needs to add something new and shiny to the hoard. These little beauties, though, will be going out to readers for their hoards.
Check them out – little dragons coiled around a semi-precious stone, then hung on a pendant. I love them and think they’re perfect Dragonfire swag. They seem like just the thing for Lee to have conjured up. The dragon from my bookshelf (who looks like Donovan, IMO) appears to be impressed – or maybe he’s coveting them. They go out into the world in a nice little gift bag, with two Dragonfire tattoos tucked inside, and a Firestorm Forever postcard.
What do you think?
Or better yet, why do you think you should win one? I’ll give away THREE, and will choose winners on Monday. Good luck!
P.S. If you’re a blogger and want to do a feature on Firestorm Forever, I’ll provide one as as the doorprize. 🙂
I ordered some new swag which has arrived. Since I really like it, I’ll show it off.
These are tote bags with type on both sides: on one side is Claire Delacroix and Knights; on the other is Deborah Cooke and Dragons. They’re a good size for books – 13″ x 13″ x 5″ – and they’re purple, too, which is always a good thing IMO. I bought them for booksignings – the idea is that anyone who buys three books gets a free tote bag to carry them home.
My next signing is at Sexy in the City Toronto on June 13, and there’s a pre-order form for books, right here. Also, I’m including one with purchases of 3 books or more through my Selz store. I have a big box of these totes, so I’m sure there will be some left for Romancing the Capital next spring. (Remember that the discounted reader registration for RTC is only available through this week. The price goes up June 1!)
What do you think of them?
