My next dragon shifter romance is coming in November, and you can pre-order a copy of Kiss of Enchantment now. I’m so excited that this book is done and loaded at all the portals already. 🙂 It was a challenge to fit this story into the existing framework and chronology of the Dragonfire stories and make it different, too – but I love the result. Orion and Francesca’s story came out exactly right IMO and I hope you agree.

When Annika Met Thom, book ten of the Flatiron Five Fitness series of contemporary romances by Deborah Cooke

The plan was for When Annika Met Thom to be a novella to wrap up the Flatiron Five Fitness series, at least for now. That’s why the cover was just type, so everyone would know at a glance that it was a shorter work, like Two Weddings & a Baby. But you know what they say about best laid plans: they go awry.

I really like this couple and they were a lot of fun to write about. Their story kept getting longer until it grew into a book. It’s about the same length as Just Home for the Holidays, which meant it needed a couple on the cover to show that it’s a complete romance. Fortunately, my amazing cover artist came to the rescue in a hurry.

This also means that the price of the book will increase on the publication date, because it’s a longer work. All the more reason to pre-order today!
