Last month’s prize book was a signed print copy of Wyvern’s Mate, the first book in my Dragons of Incendium series of paranormal romances. Congratulations to Leasa Gowitt who won the copy of Wyvern’s Mate.
This month, I’m celebrating the publication of Addicted to Love, by giving away a signed print copy of Simply Irresistible. Simply Irresistible is a contemporary romance and the first book in my Flatiron Five series. (Addicted to Love is the second.)
In Addicted to Love, Lauren and Kyle have a discussion about love at first sight. She says she believes in it and he says he doesn’t. I think it’s an interesting question.
For your chance to win this month’s signed print book, please comment on this post and tell me whether you believe in love at first sight and why. The contest is open to readers in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. I’ll pick a winner at the end of the month.
Edited to add: congratulations to Kate, this month’s winner!
Edited to add: I put the WRONG LINK in the July newsletter! Sorry! =8-o This contest is closed – try this link.

This month, I’m cross-promoting my iBooks titles with a group of other indie authors. This is similar to the audiobook promotions we’ve done in the past—there are a lot of authors participating and each will manage his or her own contests. Each of us will give away an ebook a day at iBooks for the month of June. Each of us will be using the hashtag #iBooksGalore so you can find more chances to win.
I’m going to organize mine in groups. I’ll give away five different titles, six copies of each. This is the second giveaway. Comment on the post for your chance to win and in six days (on the 25th of June), I’ll choose six winners for this contest and post the next one.
This week’s featured title is Third Time Lucky, the first book in my Coxwell series of contemporary romances and romantic comedies. This is a reunion romance—Philippa has dreamed about Nick returning to her life ever since they shared one magical night in high school. When he does reappear, he needs her help—is that an excuse to see her again, or is she just useful?
Comment on this post for your chance to win one of six copies of Philippa and Nick’s story at iBooks. Here’s your chance to meet the Coxwells.
Good luck, everyone.

The Renegade’s Heart, book #1 in my True Love Brides series of medieval Scottish romances with fantasy elements, is FREE at most online portals!
Released from the captivity of the Fae, Murdoch Seton wants nothing more than to forget his lost years. Undertaking a quest to recover treasure stolen from his family seems the perfect solution – but Murdoch is not counting upon a curious maiden who holds both the secret to the theft and his sole redemption.
Isabella is outraged to find her brother’s keep besieged by a renegade knight – especially one who is too handsome for his own good or hers. After a single encounter, she becomes convinced that his cause is just and decides to unveil the true thief, never imagining that their single shared kiss has launched a battle for Murdoch’s very soul.
As the treacherous Fae move to claim Murdoch forever, Isabella seeks to heal the knight who has stolen her heart. But will Murdoch allow her to take a risk and endanger herself? Or will he sacrifice himself to ensure Isabella’s future?

Here’s the first of a number of fun things I have planned for the online store. This free download includes long samples of five different medieval romances of mine, each the first book in a series. Read the first three chapters for free, and decide which series you want to read first.
It will get a new cover in the next few days but the content will stay the same.
You can download Knights & Rogues free from my online store, in EPUB or in MOBI.
Psssst – there’s a new page here on the site, under the About Deborah tab, called Samplers.
Thanks to all of you, The Countess has had a wonderful day!
At Amazon.com, Eglantine and Duncan’s story is sitting pretty, at #2 overall free, and #1 in both Scottish and in Medieval Romance.
We’re in excellent company!
At Amazon.co.uk, The Countess is #10 overall in the free store, and #1 in Scottish romance.
At Amazon.ca, The Countess is #3 free overall in the Kindle store, and #1 in both Scottish and Medieval romance. I can’t see the Apple US charts, but The Countess is #2 overall free at Apple Canada, which is very cool.
And, Eglantine and Duncan are #1 at iBooks US! Woo HOO!
What a fabulous Black Friday sale! Thank you to everyone who picked up a copy.
The Countess will be free until November 30, so don’t miss out.
Today’s the day! Do you have your copy of Gaston and Ysmaine’s book yet?Gaston battled for duty and honor—until his new wife tempted him to fight for her love.
When the Templar knight Gaston learns that he has inherited his father’s estate in France, he accepts one last quest for the order and agrees to deliver a package to Paris on his way home. A practical man, Gaston knows he has need of a wife and an heir, so when a lovely widowed noblewoman on pilgrimage snares his gaze, he believes he can see matters solved to their mutual convenience.
But Ysmaine is more than a pilgrim enduring bad luck. She has buried two husbands in rapid succession, both of whom died on her nuptial night, and believes herself cursed. Accepting this gruff knight seems doomed to result in his demise, but Gaston is dismissive of her warnings, and Ysmaine finds herself quickly wed again—this time to a man who is not only vital, but determined to survive.
Neither of them realize that Gaston’s errand is one of peril, for the package contains the treasure of the Templars—and some soul, either in their party or pursuing it, is intent upon claiming the prize at any cost. In a company of strangers with secrets, do they dare to trust each other and the love that dawns between them?
