  4. My sister introduced me to this series and I fell in love with the Dragons. I Love them all. I enjoy the ability to start a book and totally be taken away. Thank you for writing these books. As a mom of two small kiddo’s I Thank you. They give me rest and take me on the trip of a lifetime.

  5. I love the dragonfire novels because it mixes fantasy with reality and adds a dash of Earth Awareness. The stories makes me feel that magic could exist, whether we see it or not, even if its just in the love between two people. It also brings home how badly our world is suffering and what we can do to help. When I read, I get lost in the world that the book describes, and with this series is a really fun world to get lost in. I absolutely love reading and re reading these books!

  8. I love the dragonfire series because there is just nothing better than having a predestined soulmate. It kind of puts a whole new spin on love at first sight to me. I like to think that there is a perfect match out there for everyone, you just have to know where to look. The firestorm just helps it along. Plus I love nothing better than a sexy as heck man coming to the rescue just in the nick of time. I just wish I could have my own version of a firestorm. If I win a copy of this book, it would make my pleasure in getting to read it a whole lot sweeter.

  13. I love the aspect in the Dragonfire series how the women had a part of themselves in complete the man and make him whole to fix his armor. That part in the book gets me every time!

  14. Dragons – To be honestly there is really not too many dragon theme books outside of fantasy. Okay so I can only count a couple dragon books in fantasy too.

    And perhaps it is because I am born in the Year of the Dragon – where my interest in dragons stem from. There is just something about dragons.

    And well the dragons in Dragonfire are so unique and different, so your own.

  16. I love dragons because they are so firece and beautiful. I especially love the series because your characters turn into dragons, and that doesn’t seem to be done all that much. I just love them, and I was also born in the year of the dragon. 🙂

  17. I love this series because it gives me an escape from the reality, even if it is a temporary one. I love the world and the dragons. I love the relationships, because I hope one day I’ll find some one to love me with fire and passion, softness and sweetness, even if I dont think I’m really all that worth it. I love your Dragonfire series because you are so descriptive that I can fall into the world and that is what I love about it. Besides the dragons, I always love the dragons.

  19. I LOVE your Dragonfire series so much, I had the last one ordered in advance, I was so excited to get it! You are one of my favorite authors, and yes I’m hyperventilating a bit. Sorry. I think it would have to be how you pair the dragons with women they would never imagine themselves with, and how easily you make it work, with the whole ‘opposite’s attract’ as in ‘Whisper Kiss’ with Niall and Rox. I currently only own 3 of your books, but my favorite is Delaney’s story, ‘Winter Kiss’.

  20. I love Dragonfire because it’s the first dragon series I’ve ever read. Your books are always very entertaining and when I start reading one, I usually get lost in the story and won’t surface until I’m forced to.

    But I also like how the heroines, for the most part, are smart, level-headed women. They don’t continue to deny the existence of dragons after given undeniable proof and they rarely (if ever) crossed into the “too stupid to live” zone. The only one I had a hard time with was Melissa.

    I also liked that, no matter the reason for not wanting to get into a relationship/have a baby, the couple always listened to what the other had to say and respected each others’ choices.

  23. You know i’m a massive fan of dragons anyway, but the series is actually quite believable- you can just imagine the world of the Pyr in the normal day world, if i’m not rambling too much! The relationships between the Pyr and their mates, as well as between themselves is like a family and only makes me wish that there really are dragons out there( which i know there are!)

  25. I love the Dragonfire series because it was so completely different than anything I had ever read before. It drew me in from the first page of the first book and I cannot put them down until I read the last page of the last book. They are well written, intriguing and super sexy! Dragons, destiny, duty, conflict, dragon fights, love, harmony and balance… who could ask for more?!

  27. I love the dragonfire series so much because it has dragons! Dragons are amazing! Especially if they’re hot guys that turn into awesome looking dragons. I’ve read many series, and the dragonfire series is absolutely fantastic! I can not wait to read Embers kiss! 😀 Deborah you’re such a great author! 😀

  32. I love the series. I love dragons and who says they don’t live among us. I would love to have my own firestorm and maybe one day I will. I just know my dragon is out there somewhere!!

    your world building is exciting and complex
    your romance between the pry and their mates are award worthy
    the continuing story lets me keep up with old friends while making new ones
    and the heroes are swoon worthy which I do and often during each and every read

  37. I like the Dragonfire series because it takes me out of this world while I am reading them. And – they keep my attention – they make me want to re-read them on a regular basis and I don’t get that been there done that feeling even on the 10th re-read.

  38. How could anyone not LOVE Dragonfire??? The men are extremely hot, they love so passionately, and there’s lots of action to boot. The best part is dragons of course…I’m sure every girl has fantasized at least once about meeting a good looking loyal man/hero who can also become a dragon. Everyone loves dragons 🙂

  39. I love the Dragonfire books. The men are hot. The women are brave. The writing is what does it for me. You get draw into this world and you dont want to come back to the real word.You have Love, mystery, action,and drama. I love it. I clear 2 days to read these books so I dont have to put them down.I even have them on my keep shelf They are just that good . I ts hard to wait for the next one.

  42. Like you, I have always been fascinated by dragons. Bringing them forth into our modern day and age is a wonderful way to meld two worlds. Your series shows the raw power and emotion behind the male ego and the vulnerability of women where the firestorms are concerned. And, of course, who doesn’t love the sexual tension? It’s next on my TBR list either way!
