BLAZING THE TRAIL contest

This morning, I received copies of Zoë’s third book, BLAZING THE TRAIL, which comes out in June. You can read about this third book in the Dragon Diaries trilogy right here. The finished book looks great!

So, of course, I thought we should have a contest. Add a comment to this post, telling me why you want to read BLAZING THE TRAIL as soon as possible. I’ll pick a winner on Monday. Don’t forget to make sure you leave a valid email address – only I will be able to see it.

Good luck!

  1. Well, because my Deborah Cooke/Claire Delacroix TBR list isn’t quite long enough yet.

But seriously, I’m a fan of the Dragonfire series so Zoe’s story is a natural extension of that. And she’s a cool character.

    • I didn’t put any restrictions on location, Rita, so the winner can be anywhere. 🙂

And btw, every 25 entries, I’ll add another prize copy. We’re at 16 now, so tell your friends!

  6. Honest, I would love to have a copy of the book sooner then June. My husband has thyroid cancer and will be going into surgery this month. After surgery he will be going into therapy for couple of weeks and because of his treatment, we won’t be able to spend much time together. It would be nice to have something to read while he is in the hospital and would be able to have some escape from the real world for a bit. Like everyone else said above, your books are amazing and fun to read. Even if I don’t get it, I will continue reading your stories.

  11. Not sure where to begin. I found the second book of the dragonfire novels by accident during my illness. Read it Loved it and of course immediately went to Amazon.com to find the first book. I have read and own every single one thus far and have even got my mom and sister loving them as well. These books have seen me through some very dark hours and I look forward to every new read. I count the days until I receive my brand new book from both series. I just cannot wait to read more about Zoe she has helped me find strength that I didn’t even know i had. Thank you for these wonderful books. I don’t know what I would do without them. 🙂

I received Flying Blind and Winging It as my birthday present last month and I have to say both books were awesome. I truly enjoy Zoe’s personalities and how each character were so easy to be love and hate and it’s hard to imagine that they were all teen or young adults. Both books were witty and definitely kickass. I adored heroine that stand up for herself instead of being damsel in distress.

Blazing the Trail – I take it would be the final conclusion of the series as the Dragon Diaries is a trilogy? That would be awesome and disappointing as I really love the series. And in Blazing the Trail – ugh, I think you’re evil to leave such a short peek of the book. I can’t wait to see who Zoe would choose – Jared or Derek and what adventure – trouble – that she will go through. I wanted to indulge more of her dragon and salamander action just as much as the previous books and definitely can’t wait to have my hands on it.

  13. You KNOW why i want to read it, I desperately want to know how the trilogy ends and to make a matched set of reviews at FF (but I understand if someone else wins, sharing the joy is a good thing :-} )
I also have hopes that the trilogy is just a sub-set of a longer series… I hate to see a great story end!
